We offer track and trace delivery throughout Australia. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon collection of goods from the courier. We will endeavour to send out your order the same day the order is placed otherwise it will be the following business day. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day. All orders require a signature upon delivery.

A copy of your receipt will be provided via email and a hard copy will also be provided upon receiving your order. It is important to hold onto a copy of your receipt should you wish to return or exchange your purchase.
